Andrew McGarrell

My name is Andrew, I am a personal injury attorney representing injured plaintiffs throughout the State of Florida. I’ve had a passion for the law for as long as I can remember. That drive led me to Florida State University, where I studied Political Science and gained early experience working with my local congressional district and on state election efforts. I went on to earn my Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where I had the opportunity to work under multiple judges in both County and Circuit courts.

After graduating, I began my career on the defense side, representing some of the largest employers in the state. That experience gave me a clear understanding of how these cases are evaluated and fought. I ultimately chose to focus on representing individuals who have been injured, applying that insight to advocate for people, not corporations.

At Demand The Limits, my focus is simple: put clients first and demand every dollar available under the law. Not the quickest outcome, the right one.
