Jason P. Herman

I’m Jason Herman, and for more than 25 years I’ve dedicated my legal career to standing up for people who’ve been injured. Growing up in New York City, I was inspired by the power of the courtroom and the role of trial lawyers in delivering justice. From a young age, I knew I wanted to be one of them, to stand beside people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives and help them reclaim what was taken from them.

I spent the early years of my career representing major insurance companies and large companies. That experience gave me invaluable insight into how powerful corporation, whether big or small, think and operate.

Today, I represent individuals, not corporations. I bring every ounce of my courtroom experience to fight for those who’ve been injured or lost a loved one because of someone else’s negligence. I take this work personally, and I never forget that behind every case is a real person, a real family, and a real future on the line.
